Our Record of Success
Together, the Conservation Campaign and The Trust for Public Land have been directly involved in one-quarter of all conservation finance measures since 1996, generating $35 billion in new public funding for land conservation. Together we have worked with local and state partners to pass more than 400 ballot initiatives around the country, with 84 percent of the measures we supported winning approval. Our advocacy and support has also helped win 20 statewide legislative victories. Through these efforts, we have helped created $35 billion in new funding for conservation. To date, every dollar invested in the Conservation Campaign has helped create $2,000 in new public funds for conservation.
