Dee Frankfourth is a vice president of the Conservation Campaign, and associate director of TPL's Conservation Finance program. She has 25 years of advocacy, legislative and political experience and has worked to develop and implement public policy at the local, state and federal levels. Originally from Alaska, Dee had designed and managed congressional and ballot measure campaigns throughout the Northwest.
Based in Seattle, Washington, she has responsibility for Conservation Campaigns in the western US.

Based in Tallahassee, Florida, Will has responsibility for TCC campaigns in the eastern US. In 1999 Will led TPL's successful effort to pass the Florida Forever Act, which established the nation's largest land conservation program. Previously, he held senior roles in Florida state government, including assignments in the treasurer's office, and the governor's planning and budgeting office. Will specializes in campaign planning, management and fundraising.

Liz has a diverse background in the conservation field - from launching membership drives, organizing legislative and electoral campaigns, and coordinating a major donor fundraising program. Liz is based in Montpelier, VT.

As counsel, she oversees compliance with the lobbying, campaign finance, and election laws in the many states and municipalities where TPL and TCC support ballot measures to generate funds for open space and parks. Peggy is based in Denver, Colorado.
