Ernest Cook is the president of the Conservation Campaign, and a senior vice president of the Trust for Public Land. From his base in Boston, he oversees TPL's national programs. In his dual leadership roles for the Conservation Campaign and the Trust for Public Land, Ernest supervises a network of government relations professionals and political consultants across the country. Over the past decade, he has provided strategic counsel to more than 200 campaigns, and helped to pass measures that will provide more than $20 billion in funding for parks and open space.

Rachel Dinno is a vice president of the Conservation Campaign, and director of government relations for TPL in California. She has 20 years of public service and non-profit management experience at the international, federal, state and local levels of government with an emphasis on resource conservation policy and funding. While known best for success in developing public conservation funding, Rachel also has a wide array of expertise including policy development, research, strategic planning, project management, and coalition building. Rachel was born and raised in California and is based in TPL's headquarters in San Francisco.

Dee Frankfourth is a vice president of the Conservation Campaign, and associate director of TPL's Conservation Finance program. She has 25 years of advocacy, legislative and political experience and has worked to develop and implement public policy at the local, state and federal levels. Originally from Alaska, Dee had designed and managed congressional and ballot measure campaigns throughout the Northwest. Based in Seattle, Washington, she has responsibility for Conservation Campaigns in the western US.

Will Abberger is a vice president of the Conservation Campaign and director of TPL's Conservation Finance program. Based in Tallahassee, Florida, Will has responsibility for TCC campaigns in the eastern US. In 1999 Will led TPL's successful effort to pass the Florida Forever Act, which established the nation's largest land conservation program. Previously, he held senior roles in Florida state government, including assignments in the treasurer's office, and the governor's planning and budgeting office. Will specializes in campaign planning, management and fundraising.

Liz Gimson Edsell is the associate director of the Conservation Campaign, where she manages the organization's operations, fundraising and campaign services. Liz has a diverse background in the conservation field - from launching membership drives, organizing legislative and electoral campaigns, and coordinating a major donor fundraising program. Liz is based in Montpelier, VT.

Peggy Chiu is counsel to the Conservation Campaign and TPL's Conservation Finance program. As counsel, she oversees compliance with the lobbying, campaign finance, and election laws in the many states and municipalities where TPL and TCC support ballot measures to generate funds for open space and parks. Peggy is based in Denver, Colorado.
